Stacy Garcia Attends TEX-ABOTA Annual Meeting in Santa Fe

The firm is proud to share that firm partner Stacy Garcia recently attended the TEX-ABOTA Annual Meeting in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico, joining some of the most respected trial attorneys from across Texas for a weekend of professional development, networking, and collaboration.

The annual TEX-ABOTA meeting brought together accomplished trial lawyers from around the state to discuss emerging trends in litigation and participate in continuing legal education programs featuring analyses of some of the most high-profile cases from across the country. The event provided an opportunity for attendees to gain valuable insights from leading trial attorneys and judges while exchanging ideas and experiences with colleagues dedicated to preserving excellence in the practice of law.

In addition to the educational programming, Garcia was especially honored to attend the celebration recognizing Bruce Hurley, a longtime member of the Houston chapter of ABOTA, as the TEX-ABOTA Trial Lawyer of the Year. As Treasurer of the Houston ABOTA Chapter, Garcia was proud to join fellow members in recognizing Hurley’s outstanding contributions to the legal profession, commitment to civility, and excellence in trial advocacy.

"One of the greatest benefits of involvement in ABOTA is the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with exceptional trial lawyers from across Texas," Garcia said. "The discussions and presentations at this year's meeting offered valuable perspectives that I look forward to incorporating into my practice on behalf of our clients."

Garcia remains actively involved in organizations that promote professionalism, ethical advocacy, and excellence in the courtroom. Her participation in the TEX-ABOTA Annual Meeting reflects Garcia & Gibbs, LP's commitment to continuing education and staying at the forefront of developments in trial practice.

The firm is proud of Stacy's leadership within ABOTA and her dedication to bringing the knowledge, relationships, and insights gained through these opportunities back to the clients and communities Garcia & Gibbs serves. As she continues working alongside some of the state's most respected trial attorneys, she looks forward to applying what she learned at the conference to achieve outstanding results for clients throughout Texas.
